My client is part of a rapidly growing organisation, who turn over millions per annum. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an ambitious and determined Business Development Manager who will be committed to exceeding all sales targets through delivering outstanding service to their clients.
Proactively build and develop a successful account base based on professional, strategic and productive business relationships by supplying a range of hardware and software products along with our internal services and solutions.
The candidate should also have experience and connections within the IT channel that will help and assist their progression.
Consistently achieve individual profit and KPI targets
Demonstrate significant growth across all accounts and increase the scope of products and services being taken by your target customers
Understand your customers and demonstrate accurate account mapping within all accounts
To maintain a high level of knowledge around the products and services offered
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will have corporate sales experience within similar roles such as account manager, BDM, business development, internal sales.
To be successful as a Business Development Manager you will have a proven history of achieving and exceeding KPI and sales targets, managing client expectations and you will possess IT channel experience. You will have direct corporate/end user customer experience within in a sales role.
In return for your hard work, my client offers a basic of £26,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission, other people within this role are currently earning in the region of £50,000 per annum along with the following perks:
