Application Support Manager required by expanding Epos / Hospitality Applications Provider based in central London.|
The role will include growing the IT Service desk team and implement a 24X7 support structure for their global customer base. This will include defining SLA's, customer meetings, managing the helpdesk, creating and measuring KPI's as well as recruitment.
They require a proven man management background in an Applications Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Support / Service Desk, strong relationship, service and documentation skills. ITIL would be great.
The role will include mentoring the support team so an IT support background covering some of the following required: Windows servers, SQL Server, scripting, MS Azure / AWS, iOS and Android, EPOS, Hospitality systems.
Ideally you will have worked in an applications, software development, Epos, SaaS, Hospitality or cloud software provider so understand the software support process.
