Position: Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Analyst |
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 p/a
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with Cooper Lomaz for a bright and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to further their career in IT Support within an outstanding, Cambridge-based company.
This is an excellent chance for an entry level candidate to become part of a customer-service focussed, Service Desk Team who provide a high standard of first line support to the users.
You will primarily be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring of the Service Desk email account and responding to the received enquiries.
- Using Active Directory for the administration of users, groups, permissions and computers.
- Trouble shooting for telecoms devices.
