Service Desk Manager
£40,000 - £47,000

My client, a fast growing business which is a great place to work, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead their large Service Desk. This role manages the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line teams, and applicants must have experience of managing these functions in a previous role.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, Coach and Develop the teams
Deliver excellent services to the customers/users
Monitor, Manage and Improve the OLA's and SLA's
Incident and Problem Management
Manage escalated issues
Manage recruitment, appraisals and performance

Key Skills Required
Previous experience of managing a large Service Desk
Ideally a technical background, but the management side is key
Strong ITIL experience, and ideally Certified
Experience of managing teams of 15+ people
Experience within a Managed Services, or large user base company
