Senior IT Technician needed to join a support house working with small to medium sized companies. My client designs, installs and supports IT networks specialising in Microsoft technologies. You will need to be highly skilled in analysing problems and providing the appropriate support solutions with diagnosis.|
This position will provide a challenging environment with many opportunities to learn new products and skills whilst on the job.
This role will involve providing support Involving both on premises Windows Server, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Office 365 cloud services.
Your typical day will include answering calls & emails on helpdesk, server administration and going onsite to visit clients.
Driving licence is required.
* Support of Microsoft Windows servers and Office 365
* Analysis and diagnosis of complex support issues
* Excellent telephone and email communication
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in a client facing role working for multiple clients would be beneficial.
