Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for an immediate contract opportunity in Coventry?
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their support team based in Coventry. **You must live locally in Coventry or within a 30 mile radius**
The Service Desk Analyst will need to have the below experience in order to be considered:
- Use of ticketing systems
- Looked after 10,000 customers within a large environment
- Remote tool logging system
- Active Directory - must have set up users
- Bespoke systems
- Printer issues
In addition to this the Service Desk Analyst will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and have a strong ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
The Service Desk Analyst will be assigned for an initial 8 week duration (possibly longer) and paid a rate of 13-14.50ph
