An electrical maintenance engineer required for a global food manufacturing business. Double days based role |
Your new company
Your new company is part of a global manufacturing group that employs thousands of people around the globe. They are going through a period of growth and require an additional maintenance engineer at their facility in Leigh to support their operation to work a double day pattern
Your new role
Providing maintenance to a range of production machinery on a reactive and planned basis. The equipment will range from conveyors, packing equipment, flow wrappers, cooking vessels etc. A lot of the equipment is automated using Siemens and Allen Bradley and will require some knowledge in these systems for the purpose of fault finding. You will work a double day shift pattern.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold an electrical engineering qualification and be experienced within food or FMCG manufacturing sites in order to be short-listed. Ideally you will have the ability to fault find and interrogate a range of PLC systems.
