This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join an enthusiastic team delivering field and laboratory based testing to a wide range of clients across the UK with the UK's number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading service provider to the Infrastructure sector and we now we need an Operations Manager to lead and develop the day to day operations which undertakes a wide range of field and laboratory based testing of construction materials. Your challenge will include:
To manage the company's business at the particular location so as to achieve financial targets, sales and profits.
To fulfill the role of Technical Manager as laid down in UKAS Documentation.
Agreeing the overall business plan targets for the Carcroft BU e.g. sales, profits and objectives with the Central Regional Director.
Ensuring Health and Safety, Quality, Technical and commercial standards are maintained across the locations.
We're looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to lead a team. Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:
Strong relevant construction industry experience
P & L experience within the testing and inspection sector
SHEQ experience and understanding
Experience of leading and managing a large team of technical an administrative staff.
