Job Title
As a high-volume manufacturer, our client supplies respiratory drug delivery devices, valves and actuators, injectable devices and medical check valves into major European and US markets. They currently have a requirement for a Metrology Engineer to join their Moulding and Tooling department.

Based in Kings Lynn, the role of Metrology Engineer will be to manage and complete activities associated with procuring, installing and validating metrology equipment and fixtures to agreed timelines and budgets. Providing competitive solutions and quotations, you will plan and execute Metrology projects for both operational replacement and NPIU to agreed specifications and targets. You will also provide technical support and guidance to all their customers.

With an HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline, the successful candidate will have experience in the programming of Metrology machines using either tactile or camera based systems. You will have experience in the specification and selection of Metrology equipment and have a good understanding of Gauge validation, including statistical analysis and process control. They are looking for a data driven individual with strong IT skills (Production Management Systems, CAD and MS Office).
