Technical Service Manager|
Location- You would be based in Malmesbury/Chippenham 2-3 days and the rest of the time would working remote.
Salary- £40,000-£45,000 + bonus + 27 days holiday + pension + free on-site gym
This is a great opportunity to enter a rapidly expanding business and a growing market. The Technical Service Manager is new and exciting role for Dyson. The Technical Service Manager would report into the National Field Service Manager, you would be responsible for the technical repair, re-work capability and the Return to Base Owner experience for the Great Britain and Ireland business.
You would be working in partnership with Dyson Group Quality Team to design the repair and training processes for the Great Britain and Ireland business and ensure that all members of the Field Service Team are able to meet the required UK standard whilst delivering a level of service that is industry leading and exceeds the expectations of our owners in every call.
*Qualified electrician17th Edition;
*Technically capable and with a practical ability to learn and train others on new technologies;
*Proven ability to present and train large groups of people;
*Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel;
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
*Organisational and planning ability; and
*Strong analytical ability
