About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior-level Program Manager for work in the area of Program Management Support and Engineering Support for the Submarine Combat and Weapon Control System Program Office (PMS425).

General duties include the supervision, technical management, and overall task oversight of the AECOM team supporting the Submarine Combat and Weapon Control System Program Office (PMS425); provide direct support to PMS425 Chief Engineer, serve as the PMS425 Risk Manager, and perform as the AECOM Program Manager for AECOM's Prime Contract supporting the Submarine Combat and Weapon Control System Program Office (PMS425).

Specific program management support duties include the personnel supervision and technical management of the AECOM team providing program management, business/financial management, technical/engineering support, and integrated logistics support services to PMS425; act as hiring manager and train, mentor, and develop the AECOM Team members; provide senior-level Product Support Management / Life Cycle Sustainment services to PMS450F.

Specific duties as the AECOM PMS425 Program Manager for AECOM's Prime Contract supporting PMS425 include direct liaison with the PMS425 Program Office for matters affecting the Prime contract; generate Prime contract-related documentation for PMS425 concerning staffing, cost and performance details, generate subcontract-related documentation for multiple Subcontractors, manage funding aspects for AECOM and subcontract performers, and review / approve all subcontract staffing plans, invoices, and other deliverables.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related job field and at least ten years of job-related experience or equivalent. Candidates without a degree will need a total of 18 years' experience.

An active SECRET clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Military service and Submarine experience is a plus.
