Job Description:

We are seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team, developing new business selling IT/Engineering/Professional Staffing. This is a full time, direct hire, salaried & exempt position, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. The compensation range for this position is $80K-90K (CAD) plus commissions, depending on your experience and NA position would be a work-from-home opportunity! SUMMARYSell staffing services; Information Technology, Engineering & ProfessionalSell company offered services to new accountsDevelop and nurture relationships with new accounts; develop leads in all sectorsMaintain and nurture relationships with accountsTo raise the level of customer and satisfaction with Acro, while reducing turnover DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSell staffing services; Information Technology, Engineering & NA on new prospective users within new and/or current accounts to convince them of the benefits of using Acro's services. Facilitate the creation of Acro's marketing collateral and proposals to prospective clients. Quote prices and persuade customers to increase billing rates where appropriate. Contact current customers on a regular basis to acquire an accurate understanding of their expectations from Acro and communicate those expectations to the appropriate Acro team NA the strengthening of Acro's current relationships with customers as part of the Account Service Team by delivering outstanding customer service, visitation, entertainment, and other appropriate methods. Take action to ensure that Acro, as a team, exceeds customer NA customer service issues and follow up in a timely manner. Assist in resolving consultant service issues and also assist in facilitating performance evaluations, wage increases, NA in selling the services of other Acro divisions including the sale of outsourcing and consulting projects as well as MSP & VMS NA all sales activities in the appropriate database and submit required reports to Acro management. Participate in the development of the annual business and goal planning NA on special projects (i.e.: job fairs, internal teams, etc.). Work closely with other departments and as a team member when NA to company policies and NA duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree ExperienceAt least 4 years of industry experience selling staffing services and solutions in Information Technology/Engineering/Professional. SkillsAbility to identify, develop & close staffing requirements in a results driven environment. Must have a strong negotiating and cold calling skills and an in-depth understanding of a sales life-cycle from lead generation to closing NA telephone presence and superior written communication skills. Ability to develop good relationships and effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions in NA critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgmentHighly organized, attentive, energetic, positive, persistent, & a self-starter who thrives on high levels of activityProficient computer skills; especially Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources ExperiencePrior experience as a practitioner in these fields (IT/Engineering) is a plus.5+ years of industry experience, selling staffing services and solutions in Information Technology and Engineering. SkillsAbility to learn procedures and software programs (such as applicant tracking systems, VMS tools, etc.) quickly and efficiently. PHYSICAL DEMANDSFrequently sits, walks, stands, and drivesMay be required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (box of copier paper) WORK ENVIRONMENTOffice setting.
