Compensation and Benefits:Salary, bonus, benefits, and unlimited earnings potential are NA to $60,000 (Canadian) Base Salary based on experience, expected Annual Income on Target is $130,000 (Canadian) Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience, knowledge of Software Sales and SaaS would be a plus• Must be driven and have excellent communication skills.• Ability to travel overnight when necessary (approximately 30-40%). General Responsibilities: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. The individual will be calling upon public and private sectors to develop relationships which will bring the individual a network of potential clients seeking our solution. Essential skills and position requirements:Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows Sales Associate to give effective NA Sales Cycle Responsibilites from Prospecting through Closing the Sale and follow up activities for Account NA understanding of pricing and proposal NA the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision NA consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business NA and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems and the effects of the NA for sourcing and developing NA accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of a CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize territory NA to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
