Receptionist About the role:In this challenging and rewarding role, the receptionist is the first point of contact for incoming call and visitors to our NA and direct incoming telephone inquiries to the appropriate team member in a professional mannerProvide information to callers on an as needed basisReceive and send email and courier packages following the correct proceduresGreet and direct all establishment visitorsProvide administrative support to the team including data entry, filing, processing of invoices and time entryResponsible for overseeing the maintenance of office equipment including printers and copiersFollow up on the issuing of Insurance and License agreementsPerform additional duties as required. Who we're looking for Previous receptionist experience in a fast paced, customer oriented environmentStrong knowledge of MS office and proficiency with online systemsEffective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customersDemonstrated time management and organizational abilitiesStrong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative and problem solving abilitiesWorking knowledge of accounts payableCompletion of High School education required
