Document Controller -Old Oak Common, NW10 To start ASAP for a 6 month contract. Hourly rate is upto £16.00 (Depending on experience and tax type). This is a full time position working 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please not working knowledge of 4 Projects Software is essential. A leading main contractor construction company are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their site team in Old Oak Common. Document Controller To undertake duties in support of the day to day running of the site administration. To act as a central point of information for the site teams and management in line with the regional requirements and standards. Filing, copying of documentation and drawings, using EDMS system. Efficiently manage the transmission and receipt of project information via electronic document management systems (EDMS) and any other site based systems. Keeping the project management teams informed about ongoing, completed- and upcoming tasks as required. Documents distribution to relevant people involved as per instruction of project management. Tracking and reporting on document flow by use of schedules. Assist in archiving and filing activities. Fully support the project team and perform reasonable duties to include assisting with health and safety initiatives, community engagement initiatives on site etc. Maintain accurate records of all drawings. Quality Assurance. Update and maintain drawing, schedule, and specification folders and library. Setting up and maintaining document registers. Skills and experience: Possess excellent computer skills and willingness to expand knowledge of other applications. 4 Projects Good time management and able to commit and work to deadlines. Be a team player, flexible and able to work with others. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrable experience of working within a similar role in construction.
