Building Concierge - Day and Night Mix Temp to perm SW1 - Chelsea £21,500 Shift Pattern: 7 nights on 7 nights off, 5 days on 2 days off Building concierge living reasonably local to the area required to work in a prestigious block of residential properties in the Chelsea area. You will be dealing with high profile residents so exceptional customer service and the ability to go the extra mile is essential. The Concierge is responsible for assisting with the management of the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk, ensuring the concierge create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets the development & its resident's needs and expectations. You MUST have proven concierge experience and have exceptional personal presentation Main Duties and Responsibilities To perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Estate Manager or Property Manager. To inspect, on a daily/nightly basis, all internal areas of the private residential buildings and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Estate Manager. To set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the estate. To enter all relevant comments/details in the concierge log. To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents. To ensure deal with all general telephone enquiries and log messages. To ensure the development is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work. To enter all relevant comments/details in the development logs. To have an in depth working knowledge of the development. Health and Safety To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly. To adopt and implement the procedures directed by the Managing Agent or their Health and Safety Consultant. To assist with the annual fire and health and safety risk assessments. Concierge services To supervise any keys which may be held. To ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures. To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents. Security Patrol of the building and monitoring of CCTV Ensuring the safety of residents and building Requirements: Residential/hotel concierge experience Exceptional customer service skills Live local to the area Evidence of assisting management in day to day operation of the concierge desk High level of written and spoken English This role would suit someone looking for a longterm role This job was originally posted as NA
