As well as exciting projects and themed reviews to work on, we offer excellent support and development and an environment you can really thrive in As a Senior Internal Auditor at YBS you will build relationships with key stakeholders across the business; developing and maintaining trust with the Internal Audit department through commercially sound approaches and recommendations that will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the needs of the business and most importantly those of our external customers. If you possess the following skills and experience we would love to hear from you. Knowledge of internal audit techniques including risk based internal auditing. Have engaged with a range of stakeholders at different levels, including senior management. Experience of Change risks and governance requirements at project programme and portfolio levels. Experience of waterfall and agile methodologies. Experience of planning, supervising and leading internal audit reviews. Coaching, delegating and supervision of other team members. Experience of assurance provision within a three lines of defence risk management framework. Qualified to degree level / studying towards relevant qualification or qualification through experience. Financial Services experience is not essential for this role yet is desirable.
