One of the UK's leading specialists in quality pressroom products and services to the print industry is seeking a Service and Logistics Coordinator/Administrator to assist in the continued rapid growth of the business in the UK and Worldwide. Based at their office in Guiseley, Leeds there are excellent transport links from both Leeds and Bradford. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, this role will be supporting growth in the service and spares area of the business. This is a key role incorporating the following: Telephone duties to include but not limited to: - Booking service visits for their team of Service Technicians. Working from their electronic diary system, a weekly service schedule is planned in an order to keep travelling to a minimum. In the event of a customer breakdown/callout situation to find the nearest or suitable technician who can be diverted. - Reactive for incoming service and sales spares enquiries. At busy times answer the phone, take messages and ensure the sales staff are aware of the incoming enquiry. Daily warehouse duties to include but not limited to: - Goods Received/Shipping - Stock Control - Re-Ordering - Import & Export Documentation/Distribution - Transport logistics - Preparation of goods for despatch Technical knowledge and experience of print and pressroom industry while not essential, support and training will be provided but it may be desirable in the right candidate. Good computer skills including a knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and the use of a CRM are required. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team and have a confident telephone manner.
