Role: General Operations Manager (Facilities/Retail Services Sector) Location: Home based covering retail sites across London Salary: £53k base salary plus 5-11% LWA, up to £13,000 bonus, plus car or £5,700 car allowance plus Family Private Medical, Pension, Laptop and Mobile. An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a large and dynamic Facilities Management company, who continue to enjoy sustained growth with its impressive multi-site, retail client base. As a result of recent organisational change, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client. This will result in the appointment of a high profile General Operations Manager who will assume responsibility for operational, people and client management across a number of retail sites across London. Based from home, your background will ideally be from multi-site retail operations/facilities management and you will be comfortable working with KPI'S Service level agreements, financial budgets and team/individual performance targets. You will provide leadership to the field teams with the primary objective of delivering a World Class Service in every retail store from a Cleaning and Facilities Management Service perspective. You will be expected to effectively manage all resources and ensure effective communications are established across the region. We are interested to hear from candidates who are prepared to cover multiple sites. Your operational background may have been gained in Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Engineering or Distribution. You will be a strong operator with a high level of client management expertise and a leader who knows how to get the best out of people in a dynamic business environment where delivering service excellence tops the agenda in a demanding, high profile role. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to influence at all levels in the organisation and more importantly be able to take responsibility for your own decisions.
