Exciting Opportunity with Yorkshire Water Business Analyst Based at Buttershaw, Bradford We currently have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Business Solutions Team which forms part of the wider Business Services department in the Business Support Group (BSG) Business Unit. Salary £30,279 - £37,850 depending on experience pension quarterly performance related bonus 25 days annual leave What will the role involve? As one of our Business Analysts, within the Business Solutions team, you will be focused on the identification of innovative business solutions, primarily supported through the application of Information Technology (IT), within the Kelda Group. Focussing on resolving business problems and identifying opportunities to improve business process, you will engage with senior leaders from across the organisation and help identify solutions that will enable the delivery of their Blueprint 2020 strategies. The Business Solutions Team exists to enable Kelda Group (Yorkshire Water) to embrace innovative solutions to business problems and exploit IT to drive transformational change across the business. You will be expected to develop, maintain and build trusting relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will leverage core Business Analysis skills to develop suitable understanding of our business, create project concepts, achieve project approval, support project delivery and manage benefit realisation. What skills are we looking for? The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills as well as strong analytical, problem solving capabilities. You must be able to demonstrate experience of operating within a similar Business Analysis role and have an understanding of change management, programme delivery, project management and benefits realisation processes. It is preferable that you hold nationally recognised qualifications in Business Analysis. You will have experience of working within a Programme Delivery team with a proven track record of identifying and implementing, sustainable solutions to business problems, ideally with experience in leading a team through project deliveries. You will be able to demonstrate leadership and possess the ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation, specifically with Yorkshire Water's technical teams and technical partners. You will have the ability to provide challenge, delivered in a confident and positive manner, and apply a strong understanding of Health, Safety and Well-being within the workplace. The role will require some travel, so a full valid EU driving license is required. What's in it for you?
