PMO Analyst / Business Change Analyst / Project Planner (PMO / Project Management Office) A £billion specialist in the design and manufacture of systems and sub systems for the defence, aerospace and nuclear sector are seeking a PMO Analyst / Business Change Analyst for a major change programme. This is a complex organisation going through a period of significant change. THE SALARY/RATE/PACKAGE/BENEFITS PMO Analyst / Business Change Analyst / Project Planner (PMO / Project Management Office) - Very competitive salary and package on offer - please call for more information - Excellent progression opportunities - within 6-12 months there is the potential for this to become a PMO Manager position - An extensive array of flexible benefits packages - Extensive Benefits Package including: - Pension Scheme (match up to 5% - this increases after 5 years' service) - Critical illness cover - Life assurance - Car parking on site, subsidised canteen - Flexible working - start and finishing times that work around you - ½ day on a Friday - 25 days holiday bank holidays - Salary sacrifice scheme (e.g. buy and sell holiday) - Company bonus scheme THE CANDIDATE PMO Analyst / Business Change Analyst / Project Planner (PMO / Project Management Office) - Strong project planning and reporting experience - Experience / familiar with Enterprise PMO / EPM - Experience with large change programmes within a complex organisation (either supporting programs and projects or as part of a change portfolio within an existing business as usual) - Risk management experience - A strong understanding of the full project lifecycle - An influencer - able to engage with stakeholders and up to director level - able to get commitment from people - MS Project competent - Good written communication skills - able to understand and articulate NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE - Prince II - P3o experience - MS Visio THE ROLE PMO Analyst / Business Change Analyst / Project Planner (PMO / Project Management Office) - A Hybrid business change / PMO role within the group with excellent progression opportunities as the project grows - The project management office / PMO is in place for the project and initially this will need maintaining. There are also small projects running as part of the project that needs governance and control - The other major part of the project will be the putting in place PMO templates, tools, governance and reporting for the other businesses within the group which currently work autonomously from each other - Engaging with the work stream leaders to assess progress and escalate any issues. - Stakeholder identification and management - Monitoring and reporting, logging and resolving issues and actions - Taking minutes from meetings and then understanding and articulating - Within 6-12 months there is the potential for promotion to a PMO Manager position REFERRAL INFORMATION Please submit your CV via email to apply in the first instance.
