Job Title: - Senior Site Manager |
Location: - Bristol
Are you a experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with the capability to deliver construction projects up to £4 Million within a multiple sectors i.e education, commercial, health care, accommodation and MOD.
Our client, who is a leading UK based main contractor with several offices across the UK, who has seen growth year on year has secured multiple projects between the value of £1 Million to £15 Million. Due to the growth this has sparked an exciting opportunity for Senior Site Manager looking to progress their career into senior management but also be apart of a successful team.
The client requires a Senior Site Manager who has the capability to lead and deliver projects up to £6 Million, must have proven track record delivering similar projects within the above sectors. Ideally located one hour travel of Bristol scope of work around the South West. The candidate must be highly motivated and determined to deliver a quality project to the client but also with the aspirations to progress into senior management within the next five years.
* Managed & delivered projects between £1 Million - £15 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, MOD & leisure sector
* Managed Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Experienced using programming software (Power Point/ Microsoft)
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
* Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
