Are you a Finishing Foreman who is meticulous about the finish and final stages of construction projects? Are you able to maintain tight control of sub contractors to ensure timely completion of units? Do you want the support of a well resourced team and the backing of a developer that pay sub contractors on time and generally more than their competitors?|
I am looking for three Finishing Foreman to join motivated and well resourced construction teams on sites in the West Sussex area. Sites are based around Haywards Heath, Crawley and Horsham. We need people that are strong Managers and that can control the sub contractors, and not people that are too willing to pick up the brush or the mastic and do it themselves.
My client generally pay subbies 10 -15% more than their competition. They do this to ensure commitment and level of service. This alone makes the job of the Finishing Foreman much, much less of a battle. In addition you will work as part of a well resourced team with dedicated materials controllers.
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate considerable experience in similar roles with house builders and hold a current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
To find out more about the sites and projects then please call me today.
