Location - Essex (covering London)
Mechanical Project Manager required for a well established building services contractor supplying all M&E services. My client is widely respected throughout the industry.
Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking to work on interesting and challenging projects?
The client's solution has been used by a large number of blue chip companies over the past several years. Those include works in the rail sector, for corporate headquarters, schools and large multi tenanted commercial properties has an excellent list of clientele, their business is ever expending due to this.
Ideally candidates will come from an M&E background and have experience of a similar industry sectors, with a good understanding of Air Conditioning and Ventilation.
1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
