With new development strategies and structures which provide un-rivaled training, there's not a better company to be one of the influential figures within. They are now making a foray into America, which is how this role has come about. With the current occupier of this role needed to oversee their American charge, they need a bold and confident head of development to ensure a seamless transition.
The head of development needs to be strong-minded, but also open-minded, and needs an understanding of stakeholder management. Managing across multiple teams is a distinct advantage. Ideally, these skills will be backed up by a solid grounding in .NET development.
In return, this is an opportunity to make the next step, overseeing the successful development of three core product, but more importantly, the progression of the 150 people split across the teams.
