Job Title: Telesales Executive|
Salary: £18k - £20k (depends on experience)
Commission: £10k (OTE) uncapped

To achieve your personal targets selling the clients full portfolio of telecoms services B2B.
The emphasis is on renewing business from within the existing customer base and winning back previous customers.
With upselling and cross selling opportunities making up the remainder of your business.
Responsible for achieving a personal target from supplied campaigns, self-generated business and referrals
Calling targeted customers and prospective customers and selling communications solutions, predominantly into the SME market.
Deliver across a full portfolio of telecoms products and services against set monthly targets
Reporting to the Sales Manager developing an effective sales strategy to build a consistent value pipeline from within the existing customer base and to develop new business within the territory
Working closely with the business (manager and lead generators) to identify sectors to grow your sales
Deliver a professional service to your prospective customers to uphold the organisation's excellent reputation and the clients brand
Deliver accurate weekly forecasting to your line manager
To take an active part in weekly sales meetings and to attend required training sessions when requested to do so
Identify prospective customers needs and requirements and match them to a mobile solution from within the portfolio
Keep the CRM updated to reflect your sales activity, ensuring accuracy of records to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
To take responsibility for your customers and see the sale through to completion liaising with your line manager and the sales support team as necessary
To assist with campaigns into new markets and sectors as defined by the business

Qualifications and experience:
Experience within a telecoms sales environment with knowledge of new and emerging technologies within the sector
A high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to engage colleagues to help deliver the final solution whilst maintaining an ability to work under your own initiative on the phone with customers
Experience of using CRM's with excellent written English and a real understanding of the importance of accurate reporting, customer care and brand enhancement/protection
Excellent time management skills
A hunger to exceed targets
Great telephone skills
An ability to adapt to new products and technologies as they become available (desire to keep up to date on current developments within telecoms)
A winning mentality
Character and personal qualities:
