£Competitive + benefits

We're showing the UK how technology can make the everyday better. Our people are keeping our customers happy with great service, and our network, which has been named as the best in the UK, is keeping their digital lives connected. Since becoming part of the BT family, we've focused on creating an energising culture that makes EE an even better place to build a career. Empowered, challenged, supported and rewarded, our people are the key to our success. And the Sunday Times agrees. They've voted EE one of the Best Big Companies to Work For. This is your chance to join us.

The Home and TV Operations team takes the customer experience and marketing requirements of their business unit into the wider business - running the roadmap, managing service level agreements with our partners, and driving improvements in customer experience. As our senior business analyst you'll lead the scoping, planning and analysis of projects, making our customers' experience of us better in line with the overall business strategy. Please note that this is an 11-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of sabbatical leave.

What you'll do:

* Work with the Operations Team to implement a new way of scoping and managing change
* Understand business problems, create options for change, assess feasibility and define the scope of solutions
* Support project managers through the roadmap process in assessing initial options and eliminating non-starters
* Work with the Business Design team to develop tools and methodologies that support business analysis and customer experience improvements

You'll definitely:

* Have a strong record in business analysis assignments that have brought about valuable change
* Know how to break down problems, develop options and assess their feasibility
* Have the confidence and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
* Be experienced in relevant tools and techniques - like UML, walkthroughs, modelling and customer experience mapping
* Be commercially aware

You'll probably:

* Already work in the telecommunications industry

What's in it for you:

* Competitive salary
* Pension
* Healthcare Cash Plan
* Bonus
* Life Assurance
* 25 days' holiday
* Discounted mobile phone package
* Discounted products and services, as well as a range of other benefits

If you've been thinking about working for the biggest and fastest network in the UK, why not sign up to our LinkedIn Group? You can ask a question or find out more about EE. Could be a great move
