It's down to our Operations team to lead the operational requirements of the Home & TV team out into the wider business. Joining them as Senior Marketing Experience Executive, we'll look to you to deliver operational, process and customer experience improvements for Home & TV related products and services. Making sure we meet our financial and service KPI's, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of being number one for service.

What you'll do:

* Take the lead working alongside the Insights and CE teams to make recommendations for initiatives that will drive improvements in our customer net promoter scores (NPS)
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the top customer complaint drivers and ensure actions are in place to reduce them
* Build great relationships with the internal teams supporting the Home business
* Work across the organisation in assessing and improving self-help content
* Keep up to date with Home and TV customer channels, teams, purpose and systems

You'll definitely:

* Have experience of taking a methodical approach to analyse a large number of inputs/data
* Have excellent communications skills and the ability to demonstrate and explain technical concepts and analytics to non-technical stakeholders
* Be an experienced user of Microsoft products - especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Know a thing or two about the fixed broadband market

You might even:

* Have SharePoint experience
* Bring knowledge of EE Home processes and or systems
