I am currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join an industry-leading FTSE 100 organisation based near the Marlborough area.|
Joining the Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining user accounts, reporting and recording incidents, managing and controlling user access levels to applications and performing user acceptance testing.
Being proficient in the use of SharePoint would be highly advantageous for the role - but is not something that is required.
Key Skills required:
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* ITIL certified to foundation level
* Ability to pick up new IT applications quickly
* Strong self-starter
* Knowledge of SharePoint is desired
