Our client are a large public sector organisation currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst for a 6 month contract in London. The role would also suit a candidate with Business analysis skills.
- The role requires a person who has strong Data analysis skills who can turn S106 and CIL data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
-The data analysis aspect of the role will also encompass responsibilities which include analysis and design and reporting capabilities.
-To manage the receipts and expenditures of S106 and CIL receipts on behalf of the organisation
To be considered you will
be able to demonstrate strong data analytical skills.
be able to demonstrate that you can use data analytical tools to a high standard ( particularly advanced excel skills)
You will also have;
Ability to develop and maintain a database of funding sources and associated expenditure commitments, and use it to provide meaningful analysis;
Demonstrated ability to effectively programme work, ensure its implementation to agreed deadlines; and to critically review work processes with a view to identifying and implementing efficiencies and ways of increasing productivity.
Evidence of good personal engagement, negotiation and brokerage skills with a demonstrable ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Ability to present complex information, issues and advice clearly and concisely at all levels, including politicians, senior officers in Planning and non Planning environments.
Interpret data, analyse results using a mix of advanced spread sheeting analysis and statistical techniques to interpret and report complex data in a simple way to a number of senior stakeholders groups
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
