We are now looking to appoint a Data Planning Manager were you will be responsible for working with the senior marketing team to design and create data driven customer and new business marketing campaigns.
This role is focused on using data to drive customer centric communications and providing insight to facilitate business decisions and planning. You will be targeting campaigns to optimise marketing activities to deliver specific commercial results.
Your key responsibilities will include;
Extracting, analysing and transforming large datasets.
Segment, design and distribute all marketing lists for lead generation to meet business needs.
Translating campaign insight and evaluation into business actionable outputs.
Managing data purchases and cleaning, working with data suppliers.
Manage our marketing permissions, using best practice to maximise the capture and retention of permission to future market, in line with legislation.
Optimising return on investment from data budgets.
To be considered for the role as a Data Planning Manager you must have:
Experience in CRM / Customer profiling, segmentation and post campaign evaluation, utilising large datasets
Direct marketing and targeted marketing for retention and acquisition experience
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills. SQL querying, Access and Excel (inc. VBA).
o Understanding and use of ETL tools (Knime / Pentaho) advantageous.
High level of logic and problem solving skills.
3 years experience in a similar role.
