Purpose of Role:
To lead the configuration, development and administration of our ServiceNow platform, providing advice and guidance on ServiceNow best practice. Working with our internal development team and business stakeholders, you will play an integral role in the delivery of service management solutions to end user clients, both internal and external.

ServiceNow Developer
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the analysis of business process maps and requirements
• Provide analysis skills to solve problems, understand and document customer requirements
• Assist with ServiceNow roadmap development and delivery to support their business change initiatives
• Undertake development of the service management platform along with administration, maintenance and support of existing processes and functionality
• Undertake development of new processes according to ITSM best practice and using ServiceNow
• Work / liaise closely with ITSM process owners
• Integration of data sources, unit testing
• Development of metrics and reporting along with delivery of technical documentation such as: policies, training materials and user guides
• Technical involvement in areas of expertise in complicated or escalated issues
• Capture and understand customer requirements through formal workshop and provide best practise guidance
• Provide technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of project delivery, to include but not limited to, leading workshops, development quality review
• Any other duties as required

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate:
• Will be eligible to live and work in the UK
• Will have a full UK/EU driving licence
• Pass Pre-Employment Screening (PES) check within 30 days
• Will be able to work under pressure

ServiceNow Developer
Appropriate competencies for this role:
• ServiceNow Certifications - System Administrator
• Scripting skills, predominately JavaScript and C#
• Experience of working for an MSP
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience of configuration and development of ServiceNow
• Knowledge of web technologies, working with databases and infrastructure systems
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework,
• Experience in the development of the following ServiceNow modules
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder interaction
• Must be able to converse at a senior level with customers
• Be able to work effectively with technical and non-technical business owners

Selection Process:
Short-listed candidates:
• You will be invited to take part in a telephone interview
• Will be invited to be interviewed by the HR Manager and the appropriate Line Manager
• May be invited to undergo a second interview with the CPO or another Director
• May be asked to sit a short profiling questionnaire
• May be asked to provide illustrative documentation/reports and/or references
