Our client is one of the leading IT products distributors in the world, offering a variety of solutions within the technology, finance and IT hardware sectors. With offices spanning across the globe, our client are currently recruiting for a Hindi-speaking Internal Sales Support Coordinator to join their existing team.

This role has no limitations when it comes to professional development and would provide the successful candidate with a fantastic opportunity to start their career within sales and account management.

The Role:

You will be involved with all aspects of internal sales support. Based both within Cirencester (2 days) and Warwick (3 days) you will need to work confidently, both autonomously and as part of a wider team.

The Main Duties of this Role will involve:

* Providing internal sales support to clients and customers, both within the UK and offshore
* Preparing quotations and documents in a concise and timely manner
* Managing the sales pipeline, inputting data accurately and efficiently
* Processing orders, from initial enquiry to sales completion, ensuring to update both the senior account manager and customer at all times
* Supporting the wider sales team in gathering information and costs
* Working with company product specialists
* Dealing with a variety of customers and consumers
* Processing new sales
* Providing clerical and administrative support to the full sales process

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must be fluent in Hindi (essential)
* Will have previous sales support experience within the IT hardware/IT Service Industry (not essential as full training will be provided)
* Have the ability to manage projects and deadlines in order to support the senior sales representatives
* Will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
* Will be able to offer high levels of customer service
* Will possess excellent communication skills, as this role will require extensive liaison with a variety of internal and external individuals
* Must have a full clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm (some flexibility required)
