Salary Negotiable depending on experience

Hours 38 per week - 8.30am to 5pm - finish at 4.15pm on Fridays.

TM Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of their manufacturing client based in Oldham.

Our client are the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of vacuum bagging materials to the Aerospace, Wind Energy, Automotive and General Composites industry.

They are looking for someone who can play a key role in the management and development of their QHSE systems. The successful candidate will have had a proven track record at a senior level, with a degree or equivalent qualification.


Ensure that the organisation meets its obligations in regards to QHSE matters

Maintain certification of AS 9100 and any upgrades due

Maintain certification of ISO 14001 and any upgrade issues

Create, review, audit and maintain QHSE procedures

Interface with all departments on matters of QHSE issues

Regular training of all employees on requirements for QHSE

Promote awareness of key issues within the Company

Keep up to date & ensure the business is aware of all the latest legislative requirements

Analyse Quality systems and provide information & reports

Interface with all department to maintain and improve quality systems

Provide main interface with Customers, Suppliers and Intercompany departments on matters of QHSE

Provide QHSE support for the Group and Global Quality initiatives as required

Management of a small Quality Team


At least 5 years' experience of running QHSE systems

Professional qualification in Quality/Health & Safety

Degree educated or equivalent

Experience of managing staff

Good computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good presentation and training skills

Team member with good communication skills

Understanding of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, cp & cpk etc.)
