The Team and Role

Centralised finance team supporting the Advanced Group of companies from the midlands flagship office in the Mailbox in the centre of Birmingham, minutes from the recently refurbished New St Station. Fast paced, dynamic team with career progression opportunities. This person will be a key member in a team of 3 who are responsible for:

12 UK payroll

1 US payroll

2 Irish payroll

The Requirements

Run and manage the monthly payroll for approx 2200 employees.
Collate the monthly data for input
nput all changes ie overtime, bonus, commissions, tax code changes, amendments to pension contributions etc
Run payroll, print off reports and payslips
Run payroll journal for loading into finance systems
Reconcile pensions
Deal with all queries from employees and tax office
Ensure payroll balance sheet accounts are reconciled
Ensure information is given to accounts for payment of paye/ni, pensions etc
Yearend processing of P35 and P60's
Ensure all deadlines with the inland revenue are adhered to
Keep up to date any changes in employees benefits ie company car, health cover etc
Run annual P11d's
PSA and Class 1A NI submissions.
