Are you a Director or Associate within Building Services looking for an exciting new role in an international multi-disciplinary consultancy?|
My client, a medium-sized award-winning international multi-disciplinary consultancy, proven for excellence in the built environment, is looking for a talented Divisional Director Building Services to lead their stable and growing M&E design team. You would be based in the West Midlands office and if you live an hour or two to the North or South we may be able discuss a satellite office/flexible working.
You will lead the M&E team to provide the best and reliable service to site teams and take responsibility for ensuring that MEP works undertaken on site are completed safely and maintaining quality, programme and cost effectively.
You are able to recruit staff, carry out survey type of work, and check calculations made by others.
You will have a proven track of success in the management of M&E design and installation on multi-disciplinary projects.
Ideally, you are qualified in mechanical engineering or related degree with building services, a member of affiliate groups such as CIBSE, 15+ years in the sector and the Midlands is your "stomping ground". Technically competent, you are accomplished with bids/tenders within a consultancy or main contractor. You are a business winner, prepared to "get out there" and pull in work from your existing "little black book" of contacts. You are a leader, finding it easy to communicate and manage internal and external relationships.
Salary: Circa £65K up to £75K or more. Depending on experience so apply and tell me why you are right for this exciting job.
