Based in Washington, DC, you will act as the front line of Customer Service for Bombardier on the MARC Train Service. You will be customer facing, located at the MARC Information Desk at Washington Union Station, and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. CSR's are responsible for all facets of customer service while passengers are in the gate area, up to and including the time that they board the train.
