Admin Assistant II/Service Scheduler- SimplexGrinnell

• Schedule and optimization of area sprinkler and suppression service work
• Scheduling and optimization of area inspections
o Input correct estimated hours to complete inspections during the scheduling process
o Assign tasks in ACE for all scheduling
• Pull inspection reports as requested
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize scheduling backorders in addition to resolving customer issues
o Reassign work as needed to manage customers’ expectations making judgments based on current workloads and priorities
• Distribution of suppression auto-gen inspections
• Perform other duties as directed
