About the role:
Assist the Installation Manager / Installation Department with coordination, ordering of equipment and scheduling of manpower and other duties as assigned, which may include projects of moderate size and complexity.

  • Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings
  • Ordering all equipment & materials for the project
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site
  • Assist in the scheduling of SG technicians and sub-contractors for sub-contractor installed projects
  • Coordinate delivery of close-out documents
  • Coordination of Permitting Process
  • Creation of purchase orders for subcontractors
  • Procurement and verification of project schedules
  • Tracking of project RFI’s, change orders and other pertinent documentation
  • Receive, review and process weekly time sheets from field personnel

Who we’re looking for

  • High school Diploma or GED.  2 or 4 year business degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years in a high-volume, customer service oriented position.  Experience in a construction related industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software   (MS Project, Suretrac, Primavera etc)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work 7:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday and overtime as required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
  • Proficiency with PC’s and Microsoft’s suite of Office software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and databases.
  • Successful background check and drug screen
