Reporting to the Service Sales Manager the Retention Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the R3 (Renew, Retain, Recapture) CCR I team team. In this new role major duties will include training and coaching, monitoring and reporting on sales metrics that contribute to increased retention and organic growth performance of individuals and the overall team. The Retention Supervisor must define tasks, set proper objectives, and maintain firm control while pushing forward with financial objectives, upgrading and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Retention Supervisor must translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context that sales teams can relate to and feel excited by. If a sales leader can effectively do this, she has created a sales team with a shared mental model . This transforms an ordinary sales team into a high-performing one.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build a solid R3 team that exceeds goals
  • Ensure the creation of an R3 pipeline (renew/retain/recapture)
  • Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals
  • Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
  • Evaluate and improve R3 administration processes
  • Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching for existing team and training for new hire
  • Conduct employee interviews, on-boarding hire/release staff
  • Manage performance and develop employee development plans
  • Resolve interpersonal issues within team
  • Schedule and lead team meetings, workshops and functions
  • Report to senior leadership on R3metrics, opportunities and threats
  • Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in SFDC and provide weekly quality checks
  • Coordinate team R3 activities to support and align with business goals, strategies and programs
  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or related field
  • 3 plus years’ experience in business – to – business (B2B) environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Familiarity and experience with a sales process or philosophy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience speaking with and reporting to a senior management team
  • Ability to maintain and ignite a team with an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and leading by example
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, self – directed pioneering environment
  • Highly proficient computer skills (MS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of current technologies, processes used in a Call Center/IS/Retention dependent businesses
