Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Russelville, AR location.

Position Description:
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of a large group of employees within a group or on a complex project.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate group.
  • Supervises the installation of quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
  • Specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
  • Analyzes production limitations and standards.
  • May prepare and control quality assurance/ quality control budgets. Influences budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural change.
  • Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent, and one year satisfactory performance as a Level I in the corresponding inspection or test category or class;
High school diploma, or equivalent, plus three years of related experience in equivalent inspection or testing activities;
Completion of college level work leading to an associate degree in a related discipline plus one year of related experience in equivalent inspection or testing activities;
Graduation from a four-year college plus six months of related experience in equivalent inspection or testing activities.
Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen

Additional Qualifications:
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
