About the Business Line
We address the complete spectrum of energy challenges, including clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon management, hydropower and dams, thermal, geothermal and wind power generation, and transmission and distribution.

Job Summary
This position supports the Project execution efforts by providing technical and construction monitoring.
Initiates action when necessary to ensure the project is being built as specified in the scope of work.
Provide construction and technical monitoring for construction engineering within a discipline area on large stand-alone projects.
  • Monitoring the process control design and works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, approved construction drawings and quality procedures manual.
  • Serving as site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of process control works.
  • Reviewing contractor's drawings, method statements, ITPs and other submittals as part of process for acceptance or rejection.
  • Assisting with the final inspection of the work and reviewing the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists.
  • Monitor contractor progress against schedule/plan and provide regular reporting to the project manager and/or client representative.
  • Monitoring and control of Contractor initiation of corrective measures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • Accredited qualifications in Process Control Engineering and ten years of work-related experience in Power Plants or similar heavy industrial process plants.
  • Familiar with operation of geothermal power plants.
  • Familiar with refurbishment/rehabilitation and brownfield construction of industrial plants.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed.

This position is for a person in the mechanical, electrical, or automation disciplines with a solid understanding of the operational requirements of a power plant, and the application of detailed engineering design to control of the process equipment.
Requires field assignment for extended period of time; work is performed in outside field environment, frequent walking required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in electrical, industrial control and instrumentation, or mechatronics.
  • Must be able to communicate (speak & write) in English and Bahasa Indonesia
