Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Business Manager to be located in our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location.

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan, develop, coordinate, and direct detailed phases of accounting and business administration functions; performs work requiring advanced management experience and knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures; and conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques and procedures.
  • Works with broad discretion as to work details on assignments of a varied and difficult nature.
  • Maintains authority to approve financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Completed work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.
  • Establishes, directs, and maintains all business administration activities and procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Provides project and company management with project financial and manpower information and forecasting.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or demonstrated equivalent.
  • 5 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
  • Prior experience in industrial construction
  • Computer proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Oracle software experience
  • Internet proficient
  • Proficient in English and Spanish-written and oral
