You will have the ownership of making high level decisions and seeing them through by coordinating with our product, service, marketing, and logistics teams. Key Strategic Responsibilities: · Breaking the targets down into daily OP - from strategy planning to execution phase, a clear path in meeting targets · Tracking and analysis of daily sales, inventory, promotions, product listing · Decision making with pricing, advertising, inventory and listing · Create new product suggestions and product functions by conducting market gap analysis · Regular forecast and coordination for inventory availability · Conducting A/B testing to refine all strategies, campaigns and promotions · Any other special project self-assigned or assigned by the management Qualification, Experience and Skills: Prior experience of G-market/Coupang/11st e-commerce platform is requiredStrong analytical skillsStrong MS excel skillsEntrepreneurial, passionate in products and businessMotivated and can work under pressureAbility to think outside of the boxCan do attitudeSee challenge and tasks as an opportunity Language: Korean Preferred Training: We provide extensive training of 4-6 weeks to our new hires.
