Job Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW: Leads the team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring the needs of our customers are met while contributing to the achievement of company goals. TERMS: As per Employment NA (Reports To): Senior Manager, Service OperationsSUPERVISES: N/A DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the timely completion of customer transactions and assigned projects with prompt response to customer emails and NA and maintains favourable relations with all customers, agents/representatives and subsidiaries, ensuring they are adequately served and supported and that their satisfaction is NA the daily operations of the customer service representative (CSR) team, planning, scheduling, prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure a proper functioning department. This includes assisting with quotations, sales transactions, credits, warranty claims, nonconformance reports and engaging with the technical resources to provide technical support and solutions on behalf of the NA to administer the customer satisfaction surveys and process feedback with the intent of facilitating improvements as required. This includes addressing customer complaints and bringing fruitful resolutions in a timely NA in cultivating and growing parts and service sales, in new or existing markets and the various segments in which CEC is NA on forecasting part sales, analysing consumption rates based on equipment populations and utilization, marketing and packaging, monitoring order fulfillment, and seeking efficiencies within the NA and manages customer service projects and initiatives including the development of effective processes and support functions that align with the corporate goals and objectives and extend to all CEC authorized service NA leadership to the customer service representative team and actively promotes their professional development by identifying and facilitating training, and creating a healthy and positive work environment complimented by motivation and NA with the director to ensure CSR team has the required tools to do their jobs effectively and NA commercial and logistical requirements for parts or service orders and provides guidance to the CSR team. QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEDiploma in business administration and a minimum two years experience in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHYSICALWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or NA vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. LANGUAGEFluent in English with good interpersonal skills. Second language is not required but an NA to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and NA to write correspondence in a professional and courteous NA to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the NA to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental NA to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. COMPUTER SKILLSWoking knowledge of:WordExcelAccessOutlookCapable of learning new technical software programs as assigned by CEC. CERTIFICATES/LICENCES/PERMITSMaintains a valid Driver's License, Passport and applicable vaccinations. OTHERCompletes all applicable quality NA work in accordance with CEC documented policies and NA banked time is permitted without written consent of the direct NA skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and NA to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar NA to calculate basic figuresReasoning ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule NA to deal with and solve practical problems involving several concrete variables in standardized and non-standardized situations.
