B2B Inside Sales Specialist Job Profile We are currently looking for experienced B2B Inside Sales Specialists to joining our growing team. Working out of our downtown Toronto head office, the right candidate will represent one of our newest clients. You will be joining a team during and exciting and evolutionary time-- where results are always paramount, but where being innovative, strategic and creative are encouraged as we build the foundation of something new. In the role you will be:Developing proposals and presentations from templates provided targeted at solving business needs of NA pricing and working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to ensure pricing reflects the achievement of corporate goalsUtilizing a proactive consultative sales approach, for the appropriate match of POS (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) products and services to meet identified merchant needsTimely and accurate completion of sales paperwork to ensure a seamless client experienceProcurement of all necessary information and documentation for new customer acquisitionInitiate the boarding process and ensure minimal deficiencies for completion of the process within service levels in order to exceed the client's expectationsTimely production and delivery of pipeline and other related Sales Management Information Reports as assignedStaying abreast of current processing industry trends and being able to converse intelligently about the card industry as a whole (Issuing and Acquiring)Continuous improving performance skills including sales skills and the identification of potential training opportunities to improve sales and post-sales effectiveness Desired QualificationsExcellent communication skills and networking abilities with internal and external contactsStrong business acumen with analytical ability to assess client needs and profitabilitySelf-starter with high level of initiativeAble to be a team playerAbility to organize one's time and efforts to drive resultsStrong negotiation skillsSmartphone with access to data/internet requiredThis is a HUNTING role!
