Job Description:

Nationwide Home Comfort is a fast growing company which specializes in top quality, energy efficient residential HVAC equipment and water treatment services. Currently we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between our products and the consumer - educating our clientele about our products and services to provide them with the best solutions for their needs. Paid training lessons are provided to ensure you reach your full potential and goals, as there are great opportunities for advancement within the company, a generous compensation plan and bonuses. Responsibilities: Accountable for building long term customer relationships. Responsible for working effectively with all other channels. Accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of customer-based utilization services for equipment selection, sizing, quoting "selling" to the customer, and ensuring that the same is installed in a professional manner providing excellent customer service. Responsible to conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers. Accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer service based on a thorough understanding of the operating model, you will also be responsible for the effective management and resolution of customer concerns, and issues. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a sales role. Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset. Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets (meeting or exceeding goals). Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills enable the building of long term customer relationships. 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role preferred In home sales experience is preferred. Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and quality targets Ability to work flexible working hours, as some evenings and weekends are NA skills an asset Compensation: $500 weekly + Commission (up to $1500 weekly)
