Responsibilities: ·Analyze, manage and report the financial performance of key strategic clients ·Partner with management to maximize profitability and drive new business initiatives ·Assist with forecasting, reporting and analysis of financial results -Assist with ad hoc reporting using advanced Excel techniques. -Prepare daily reports on sales performance, and other strategic areas of interest. ·Review monthly budgets and producing accurate reports and forecasts, as required ·Perform the reconciliation of revenue budgets to actual and variance analysis as required ·Work with external clients to resolve issues, improve processes and identify new revenue opportunities Skills/Competencies Required: · High energy self-starter; must be able to take the initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team · Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work with all levels of an organization · Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills · Ability to solve analytical challenges independently, analyze information, and make recommendations based on analysis. · Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics · MBA preferred Cydcor is a 20 year old professional sales services organization that employs teams of hard working, sales driven individuals to generate revenue for Fortune 500companies.
