We have an opening for an experienced Reward Manager to join our Head Office based in Wolverhampton.
With significant technical reward experience and a track record of design and implementation of reward strategies and policies you will be responsible for delivering the Group Reward Strategy. You will have had significant exposure in designing complex reward strategies aligned to frameworks and grading and project managed new and redesigned benefits.
Qualified to Degree level, with substantial experience in salary surveys, benchmarking, reporting, reward policy and ideally with international exposure, working within a Head Office Shared Services environment this role will offer you within an International business with exciting plans to support the implementation of a new system.
