With over 50 years of trading, Jarvie Plant Group Ltd is a leading independent Tool, Plant, Accommodation and vehicle hire Company, with headquarters in Grangemouth and additional depots in Glasgow, Cowdenbeath, Edinburgh, Irvine, Aberdeen, Dundee and Paisley.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator / Hire Desk Controller to work within the hire control team at our Head Office in Grangemouth. We also have positions in our additional depots.
This role is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop their career, as there will be the opportunity to progress within this company.
An example of the key objectives involved in this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• To be in daily contact with customers over the phone and by e-mail.
• To provide quotes, take orders and raise supporting documentation.
• Efficiently and accurately complete all physical and electronic documentation & administration associated with Hire, Service, Exchanges, Sales or other enquiries.
Previous Customer Service or Hire Controller experience would be a distinct advantage for this role.
